Beachlands is a smoke-FREE zone. No designated smoking areas are provided within the property.
Minimum booking periods apply during school holidays and special events. A deposit is required to secure reservations made for the above times. Full balance is payable 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
Long Weekends - minimum booking of 3 nights. Total tariff is payable at time of making your reservation.
Minimum 2 night booking applies at all other times of the year. A security deposit of one night's tariff is required to secure mid week bookings. Full tariff is payable in advance for weekend bookings.
Adult’s rates apply to persons above 15 years of age. Children’s rates apply to guests aged 2 to 15 years. There is no charge for children under 2 years.
Payment may be made by EFTPOS, Visa, Mastercard or Direct Deposit. Cheques are not accepted.
Tariffs are not refundable if you choose to cut short your stay.
Reception hours are 8am to 6pm. Guests arriving outside these times must contact park reception during reception hours to make alternate arrangements. Guests who fail to arrive on the designated day or by 10am the following day will forfeit all monies paid. Check out time is 10am. Late check outs can be arranged at an extra charge subject to availability. Check in time is after 3pm. Accommodation units are serviced on departure only, unless prior arrangement has been made.

Double Value Deals for accommodation only. All rates are for maximum occupants per unit.
Example. Deluxe Spa Villa daily rate for 4 people = $216pn. 2 nights x $216 = $432. Deal is $108 x 4 nights = $432.
Exclude school holidays, long weekends and special events.
Cancellations and changes to reservations are not permitted when booking the Double Value Deal.

Cancellation Policy
Changes for stays during peak season must be made more than 60 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made 60 days prior to arrival will incurr a $50 cancellation fee. If a cancellation is made within 60 days of arrival, tariff paid will be forfeited. Cancellations at other times can be made up to 2 days prior to arrival and will result in the forfeit of the first nights tariff.
Your booking is for a set time and, once confirmed, any change will result in liability for payment of the whole of the time booked unless you have cancelled in accordance with this policy. Cancellations must be made in writing. For your own peace of mind, we recommend that you consider taking out domestic travel insurance.

With the exception of medically certified guide dogs, dogs are not permitted.
A bond of $300 in cash, or credit card pre-authorisation is required for all accommodation bookings. Site bookings require a $50 cash or credit card bond for the issue of a boom gate remote control. We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Guidelines. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.
We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:
- Not be the person named on the booking
- Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card
- Not be able to pay for any charges
- May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests
- May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour
- Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age
- Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal
